如果PHP已在系统中编译，则需要添加新的扩展名。
方法之一是重新编译PHP完全，和另一种方法是编写扩展库分别在扩展的形式扩大。
下面是安装旋度扩展的例子：
1、下载安装包卷。（我的PHP 4.4.4，下载最新的卷曲7.16不能用，最后下载7.14，所以注意版本问题）
