解决win7开机动画失踪是因为球的系统语言设置错误的问题
windows7系统启动时，会有四个小球滚动动画。如果你的电脑分辨率小于1024×768或计算机配置太低，球会滚到相同的滚动条为Vista的。如果你的分辨率高于1024×768，和计算机的配置是足够的，但启动球动画还没有出现，它应该是你的系统语言选择错误的问题。以windows7中文版为例，解决的办法是：

Click {start} to run CMD, and enter Bcdedit in the DOS window to see if the boot manager is the same as the locale that starts the loader (zh-CN).If it's not the same, enter Bcdedit /set {current} locale zh-CN, as above, reset the system language to Chinese.And then restart the computer.
